Why am I getting password reset emails?

When signing in, users can select Forgot Password to request a password reset form. The password reset form will be sent to the email address associated with the username that is entered.

If you have a common username that can be easily mistaken for someone else's, you may receive an unrequested password reset form. Contact us for assistance if you continue receiving emails and want to change your username.
