While we typically discourage using GIFs on the web, it is the most reliable file format to use in emails because you cannot control autoplaying and looping within emails.
Cinemagraph Pro for macOS
Click Export in the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut (⌘E) to export your cinemagraph. Select Animated GIF under File Format and insert the GIF into an email like you would any other photo.
Cinemagraph Pro for iOS
Select the cinemagraph you want to export in your documents or tap on the back icon to exit the editor. Tap the share icon and select GIF under File Format. Select Save to save the cinemagraph to your camera roll and insert the GIF into an email like you would any other photo.
Note: It’s important to try and keep the total size of your email to 10MB or less because messages can be blocked if they’re unusually large. For best results, do not increase the default resolution and try and keep your trim to five seconds or less.
