Cinemagraph Pro and Persecond for macOS licenses are available for purchase on the online Flixel Store and Mac App Store. Each store has a different activation process. If you purchased a plan as opposed to a license, learn how to get started with a plan.
Online Flixel Store
Customers who purchased a Cinemagraph Pro or Persecond for Mac (Version 1) license on the online Flixel Store before November 2016 would have received an email containing a license file when the order was processed. This license file is required to activate the license.
Download Cinemagraph Pro for macOS / Persecond for macOS and move the app(s) to your Applications folder. Drag and drop the license file onto the app in your dock to activate the license.
In Cinemagraph Pro for macOS, you will have the option to try Version 2 features in trial mode. If you want to continue using your Version 1 license without upgrading, go to the app menu and select Account & License or use the keyboard shortcut ⌥⌘A (Option-Command-A). Select Revert to Version 1 Features to continue using your Version 1 license.
Note: Order numbers and coupons are not valid license keys. Customers who purchased a Cinemagraph Pro or Persecond for macOS licence after October 2016 would have received an email containing a 40-character license key when the order was processed. Learn how to activate Version 2 licenses or contact us for assistance if you can't find your license.
Mac App Store
Customers who purchased a Cinemagraph Pro or Persecond for Mac license on the Mac App Store must be signed in with the Apple ID associated with the purchase. If the watermark appears on the app, select Restore Purchase in your Account Settings to connect to the App Store. If that does not work, ensure you are signed in to your device with the correct Apple ID by confirming the purchase in your App Store or iTunes purchase history.
