There are several factors which can contribute to the cause a crash. Some issues can be resolved by following simple troubleshooting tips while others will require investigating.
A crash may be related to a bug on older versions of macOS and iOS or Flixel Apps. If the app crashed, first check for updates in-app or on the App Store. For macOS apps downloaded on flixel.com, go to the app menu and select Check for Updates. If an update is available, install and relaunch and reproduce your steps to see if the issue is resolved.
Certain performance issues may also result from having an older version of macOS or iOS installed. Check for updates on your Mac or iOS device to ensure your software is up-to-date. Make sure that you also have plenty of storage space available on your Mac or iOS device.
