When you're done creating a cinemagraph in Cinemagraph Pro for macOS or iOS, you can export the file for sharing and upload it to your Flixel gallery. You must be signed in to your Flixel account on the app to upload cinemagraphs to your flixel.com profile. Even if you are signed in, you may encounter an error message that says otherwise. When using Cinemagraph Pro for macOS and Persecond on the same Mac, you may be asked to grant Keychain Access to the second app that was accessed. This message may appear after selecting Allow or Do Not Allow. This can be fixed by simply restarting your macOS device.
If you continue to see this message after restarting your device and signing in, report the problem to Flixel Support. When reporting a problem to Flixel Support, send a screenshot of your system overview so we can learn more about your Mac.
