If you purchased a mobile, professional, or business plan on the App Store or iTunes, click here to get started. If you purchased a license for Cinemagraph Pro for macOS, Cinemagraph Pro for iOS, or Persecond on the App Store, your license will be connected to the Apple ID associated with the purchase. As long as you're signed in to your Mac or iOS device with the Apple ID associated with the purchase, you should have access to the licensed software.

If you're unable to remove the watermark from the licensed app, select Restore Purchase to connect to the App Store or iTunes Store. On macOS, go to the Account & License window under the app menu or use the keyboard shortcut ⌥⌘A  (Option-Command-A) and select Account Settings. On iOS, go to the profile tab.

If restoring the purchase does not remove the watermark, check your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store to make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID associated with the purchase. Find Cinemagraph Pro and look at the price. If the price contains a value, try deleting Cinemagraph Pro and installing it again on your Mac or iOS device.

If the price is listed as Free, check to see if you have multiple Apple IDs. If so, it's possible that your license is associated with a different Apple ID.

Flixel Support can walk you through troubleshooting processes but does not have access to Apple's accounts and purchasing records. If you still need help after contacting Flixel Support, you can report a problem with your in-app purchase or contact Apple support.
