If you purchased a license for Cinemagraph Pro for macOS, Cinemagraph Pro for iOS, or Persecond on the App Store, your license will be connected to the Apple ID associated with the purchase. As long as you're signed in to your Mac or iOS device with the Apple ID associated with the purchase, you should have access to the licensed software.
Note: If you purchased a Mobile, Professional, or Business plan, visit Getting Started with a Plan.
If you're unable to remove the watermark from the licensed app, select Restore Purchase in your Account Settings to connect to the App Store or iTunes. If restoring the purchase does not remove the watermark, check your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes to make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID associated with the purchase. If the price of Cinemagraph Pro contains a value, try deleting the app and installing it again on your Mac or iOS device.
If the price is listed as Free, check to see if you have multiple Apple IDs. If so, it's possible that your license is associated with a different Apple ID.
Flixel Support can walk you through troubleshooting processes but does not have access to Apple's accounts and purchasing records. If you still need help after contacting Flixel Support, you can report a problem with your in-app purchase or contact Apple support.
