If you're signed in on flixel.com and keep being redirected to https://flixel.com/logout/, your session has probably expired. Clear your browser cache and cookies and sign in to your account again to resume access to your Flixel account.

Follow these steps to clear your browser cache and cookies on Safari:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Click on the Safari menu at the upper left corner of your screen
  3. Click Preferences
  4. Click on the Privacy tab
  5. Click Manage Website Data...
  6. Search for flixel.com 
  7. Select Remove All
  8. Select Done

Follow these steps to clear your browser cache and cookies on Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click on the Chrome menu at the upper left corner of your screen
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Click Advanced at the bottom of the page
  5. Select Clear Browsing Data under Privacy and Security 
  6. Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data
  7. Choose to clear items from the beginning of time
  8. Select Clear Browsing Data
