If Cinemagraph Pro for iOS is crashing, there may be a simple explanation as to what's causing it. If the app crashes, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

  1. Ensure you have the latest software update on your iOS device. Go to your Settings and select General and then Software Update. If your software isn't up to date, install the latest version. 
  2. Ensure you have the latest update of Cinemagraph Pro for iOS. Check your App Store updates to see if an update is available. 
  3. Ensure you have plenty of available storage on your iOS device. Go to your Settings and select General and then Storage & iCloud Usage. If you have less than 500MB of available storage, tap Manage Storage to see how much space your other apps are occupying and clear space. 
  4. Repeat the steps you took before the app initially crashed. 

Note: If the app crashes when attempting to import a video shot with a different camera or device, check the resolution of your source video along with your device's supported TV and Video formats here. iPad Pro and iPhone 6S and higher support 4K video. If you have an older iOS model but are trying to import 4k video, the app will crash. You can save your source video in HD (1080p) using Quicktime or CloudConvert
