There may be a simple explanation as to why Cinemagraph Pro for iOS is crashing. If the app crashes, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.


Ensure you have the latest software update on your iOS device by tapping on Settings > General > Software Update. If your software isn't up to date, install the latest version. Also check for updates in the App Store to ensure you have the latest version of Cinemagraph Pro installed on your device. 


Ensure you have plenty of available storage by tapping on Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. If you have less than 500MB of available storage, tap Manage Storage to see how much space your other apps are occupying.


If you completed an update, try repeating the steps you took before the app crashed. If the app is still crashing, make note of when the crash is occurring. Does it crash when you import a video, open an existing document, during the editing process or when you export?


If the app crashes when attempting to import a video shot with a different camera or device, check the resolution of your source video along with your device's supported video formats (TV and Video) here. For example, if you have an older iOS model which doesn't support 4K, you won't be able to import 4K footage in Cinemagraph Pro.
