Cinemagraph Pro for iOS licenses were sold exclusively on the App Store before February 8, 2018. If you purchased a Cinemagraph Pro for iOS license prior to that date, your license will be connected to the Apple ID associated with the purchase. As long as you're signed in to your iOS device with the Apple ID associated with the purchase, you should have access to the licensed software.
If you're unable to remove the watermark from the app, select Restore Purchase under the profile tab to connect to the App Store.
