Occasionally users may receive a password reset notification via email when they had not requested one. This is generally due to the username you have selected for your Flixel account. 

When selecting a username that is based on your name, initials, or a commonly used word, it is possible that another user with a similarly named account will accidentally enter your information while attempting to reset their own password.

If you’ve been receiving password reset notifications and don’t want to be, we recommend you change your username to something more uncommon. Contact us from the email address associated with your account, providing your current username and the new one you wish to use. Please note that each username is unique so be prepared to suggest a few alternatives.
