The location of your purchase receipt will depend on whether you purchased a license or subscription on the online Flixel Store or the App Store. 


Online Flixel Store

If you purchased a license or subscription on the online Flixel Store, your receipt would have been sent to the email address entered during checkout. If you can't find the receipt in your inbox, check your junk or spam folders. If you can't find the receipt in your email, contact support@flixel.com and we'll resend it.


App Store

If you purchased a license or subscription on the App Store, your receipt would have been sent to the email address associated with your Apple ID upon purchase. You can also view the purchase details in your Purchase History on iTunes. Launch iTunes on your computer and sign in to your account under the Account menu. Select View my Account under the Account menu, look for Purchase History, and select See All. Look for Cinemagraph Pro and click on the arrow icon to the left of the purchase date to view the purchase details.
